About pricing and limits.
What counts as an “active card”?
Every customer signed up and not blocked. If you delete someone, they stop counting immediately. You can deactivate the cards of customers who no longer come back whenever you like.
What if I go over the limit mid-month?
Existing cards keep working normally: nobody loses their stamps. The only thing that pauses is new sign-ups until you upgrade the plan.
Can I change plan?
Whenever you like, in both directions. The amount is prorated automatically, so you only pay the difference for the remaining days.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the dashboard becomes read-only, but we delete nothing: if you come back, everything is as you left it.
Is there a setup or installation fee?
No. No setup, no installation, not even the counter poster. All you pay is the monthly fee of the plan you choose.
