Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of the Perksi website and application, a digital loyalty card service for businesses. Accessing the site implies acceptance of these terms.
Terms of use
Anyone accessing the site agrees to use it in accordance with the law, this notice and good faith. In particular, they agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways harmful to others.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, other people’s accounts or the provider’s systems.
- Introduce malicious software or carry out actions that damage or overload the service.
- Reproduce, copy or distribute the contents without authorisation.
Intellectual and industrial property
The code, design, brand, logo and contents of the site belong to Liberty Digital Agency LLC or are used under licence. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without express authorisation is prohibited.
The data, logos and contents that each client business adds to the service remain their property.
Liability
We work to keep the site available and its information correct, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or for the contents of third-party pages that may be linked.
